Training and skills management

To assist and manage training you can:

  • Upload onto PayPerM employees' skills and training information both attended amd planned.
  • Enquire on the skills and training data, for example to see what specific training is outstanding or has been recently taken.
  • Use our communication screen COMM to request an employee's attendance on a training course etc.
  • Upload training documents including leaflets, guides, and training manuuals.
  • Upload training videos, etc.
  • The training info can also be for inducation and onboarding of new starters such as new starter packs etc.
