Messaging

Using PayPerM you can send a message to a particular employee or to all of your employees.
The message can be temporary appearing once only, or permanent until removed.
You can obviously send messages by email to employees or announce something on social media, but the difference here is the message is only internal to PayPerM and only available through PayPerM. Also the employee has to acknowledge they have received the message as the message is displayed immediately after the user has logged on and they have to click OK indicate the message has been received in order to proceed to use PayPerM.

We can also also use this facility to send a message to let you know if the system is going to be unavailable; this reduces sudden surprises.
